01

Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy explains the rules that help keep Zunvy safe, fair, reliable, and trustworthy for users, businesses, and the broader local membership community.

Zunvy is operated by Kavrico LLC and helps users discover and access local business memberships, perks, subscriptions, rewards, and experiences. By using Zunvy, you agree to use the platform responsibly and in a way that protects users, businesses, payment systems, and the integrity of the Zunvy experience.

02

Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to everyone who accesses or uses Zunvy, including consumers, account holders, guests, participating businesses, business administrators, developers, service providers, and anyone acting on behalf of another person or organization.

If you use Zunvy for a business, you are responsible for ensuring that your listings, memberships, offers, staff actions, redemptions, communications, and business practices comply with this policy and all applicable laws.

03

Account misuse

You may not create fake accounts, use inaccurate account information, impersonate another person, share accounts improperly, sell or transfer accounts, evade account restrictions, or use another person's account without permission.

You are responsible for activity under your account and must keep login credentials, membership wallet access, QR codes, and redemption credentials secure.

04

Fraud and abuse

You may not use Zunvy to commit fraud, abuse promotions, manipulate referrals, create duplicate accounts, exploit bugs, bypass eligibility requirements, obtain benefits you are not entitled to receive, or interfere with fair access to memberships and rewards.

Kavrico LLC may use automated and manual review through Zunvy to detect suspicious behavior and may take action when activity appears fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or harmful to users, businesses, or Kavrico LLC.

05

Payment abuse and chargebacks

You may not use stolen, unauthorized, invalid, or manipulated payment methods, intentionally trigger failed payments, abuse refunds, submit false dispute claims, or use chargebacks to avoid valid membership charges.

Payment abuse may result in purchase restrictions, account suspension, membership cancellation, loss of credits or promotional value, cooperation with payment providers, or other enforcement steps.

06

Redemption abuse

You may not copy, resell, share, screenshot for misuse, automate, tamper with, or otherwise manipulate membership credentials, QR codes, wallet passes, reward balances, or redemption flows.

Businesses may refuse redemption when a membership is inactive, expired, already redeemed, outside the applicable rules, or suspected to be fraudulent. Kavrico LLC may block Zunvy redemptions or require verification when needed to protect the platform.

07

Prohibited content

You may not upload, submit, publish, transmit, or display content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, invasive of privacy, infringing, malicious, or otherwise harmful.

Content must not include malware, phishing attempts, hidden tracking mechanisms, misleading claims, fake reviews, unauthorized personal information, or material designed to manipulate users, businesses, Zunvy, or payment systems.

08

Prohibited business activity

Businesses may not create fake offers, misleading memberships, illegal offers, unsafe offers, unavailable offers, bait-and-switch promotions, or listings for benefits they cannot reasonably honor.

Businesses are responsible for accurately describing prices, perks, availability, redemption rules, restrictions, locations, operating hours, cancellation terms, and offer details. Businesses may not use Zunvy to sell or promote unlawful, regulated, dangerous, or deceptive goods or services unless expressly permitted and legally compliant.

09

Scraping, bots, and platform interference

You may not scrape, crawl, copy, harvest, index, monitor, reverse engineer, or extract Zunvy content, user data, business data, pricing, offers, rewards, or platform behavior without written permission from Kavrico LLC.

You may not use bots, scripts, automation, load testing, credential stuffing, scraping tools, or other methods to overload, disrupt, bypass, or interfere with Zunvy's normal operation.

10

Security violations

You may not probe, scan, test, bypass, or attack Zunvy's security, authentication, authorization, rate limits, payment flows, fraud controls, redemption systems, or infrastructure without written authorization.

You may not introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access, intercept data, compromise accounts, exploit vulnerabilities, or interfere with the confidentiality, integrity, or availability of Zunvy or related systems.

11

Misrepresentation

Users and businesses may not misrepresent identity, affiliation, eligibility, location, membership status, redemption status, business authority, offer availability, pricing, refund terms, or any other material information.

Businesses may not imply endorsement, partnership, exclusivity, certification, or promotional placement by Zunvy or Kavrico LLC unless expressly authorized.

12

Reviews, communications, and harassment

Communications through or related to Zunvy must be respectful, accurate, and lawful. You may not harass, threaten, abuse, spam, intimidate, impersonate, or pressure users, businesses, employees, contractors, or support teams.

Reviews, messages, support requests, and business communications may not include fake claims, incentives for dishonest feedback, discriminatory content, threats, personal attacks, or attempts to manipulate platform trust.

13

Enforcement

Kavrico LLC may investigate suspected violations and may suspend accounts, remove content, block redemptions, restrict purchases, withhold access, pause memberships, cancel benefits, limit business listings, terminate accounts, or take other action where appropriate.

Kavrico LLC may cooperate with payment providers, participating businesses, law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other third parties when we believe it is appropriate to protect users, businesses, Kavrico LLC, the platform, or the public.

14

Reporting violations

If you believe someone is violating this policy, contact support@zunvy.com with enough detail for us to review the issue. Helpful information may include account identifiers, business names, membership names, transaction dates, screenshots, redemption details, and a clear explanation of the concern.

Reports should be made in good faith. False, misleading, retaliatory, or abusive reports may themselves violate this policy.

15

Changes to this policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy as Zunvy adds features, expands business categories, changes payment or redemption flows, improves safety systems, or responds to legal, security, operational, or trust-and-safety needs.

The updated date will show when this policy was last revised. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the app, website, email, or other reasonable means.
