Introduction
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how Kavrico LLC handles Zunvy membership cancellations, renewals, refunds, failed payments, payment disputes, credits, and related billing questions.
Zunvy is operated by Kavrico LLC and helps users discover and access local business memberships, perks, subscriptions, rewards, and experiences. Because many offers are provided by participating businesses, refund and cancellation outcomes may depend on the business, the membership terms, usage history, redemption activity, and applicable law.
Membership purchases
Before purchasing a membership, subscription, pass, reward program, or offer through Zunvy, you are responsible for reviewing the displayed price, renewal terms, included perks, limitations, redemption rules, cancellation terms, and business-specific conditions.
Purchases may be processed by Kavrico LLC through Zunvy or by third-party payment providers. Payment providers may apply their own processing, verification, fraud-prevention, and settlement procedures.
Subscription renewals
Some memberships renew automatically at the disclosed billing interval unless canceled before the renewal date. Renewal timing, pricing, taxes, fees, and benefit availability may vary by business and membership type.
If a renewal is completed before you cancel, the renewal charge may remain valid unless a refund is required by law or expressly allowed by the applicable membership terms.
Cancellations
You may cancel eligible memberships through the cancellation flow made available in Zunvy or through another method we identify for a specific membership. Cancellations generally stop future renewals unless stated otherwise.
Canceling a membership may not automatically refund the current billing period, unused time, unused perks, or previously issued rewards. Access to benefits may continue until the end of the then-current billing period, expire immediately, or follow another rule disclosed for the membership.
Refund eligibility
Refund eligibility may depend on the business offering the membership, the membership terms shown at purchase, whether benefits were used or redeemed, the timing of the request, payment status, suspected abuse, and applicable law.
Kavrico LLC may evaluate refund requests through Zunvy in coordination with participating businesses and payment providers. A refund approval for one transaction does not guarantee that a future refund request will be approved.
- Refunds may be available where required by law or where Kavrico LLC or the participating business determines that a charge, renewal, or offer issue should be reversed.
- Refunds may be full, partial, credited to the original payment method, issued as account credit, or handled through another method permitted by the payment provider.
Non-refundable situations
Kavrico LLC may deny refunds where permitted by law, including when benefits have been used or redeemed, an offer has expired, a membership was not canceled before renewal, a request is outside the stated refund window, or the transaction shows signs of abuse, fraud, or misuse.
Refunds may also be unavailable for promotional value, trial misuse, referral abuse, duplicate accounts, account sharing, attempted resale, redemption-code misuse, or failure to follow business-specific rules.
Business-controlled offers
Participating businesses control their own prices, perks, redemption rules, availability, locations, operating hours, capacity, exclusions, and offer details. Zunvy may help display and administer those offers, but the business is responsible for the services and benefits it provides.
Availability and offers may vary by business and location. A business may change, pause, limit, or discontinue an offer in accordance with its terms, operational needs, inventory, staffing, seasonality, or applicable law.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, Kavrico LLC or the applicable payment providers may retry the charge, request that you update your payment method, pause access to membership benefits, cancel the membership, or prevent new purchases until the payment issue is resolved.
You remain responsible for valid charges, taxes, fees, and amounts due under the membership terms. Failed payment handling may vary depending on the payment provider, card network, bank, business, and subscription type.
Promotions, credits, and rewards
Zunvy or participating businesses may offer promotional credits, account credits, referral rewards, trial value, loyalty rewards, or other promotional balances. These benefits may be subject to eligibility limits, expiration dates, redemption conditions, and location-specific restrictions.
Kavrico LLC may issue Zunvy credits or promotional balances at its discretion. Unless required by law or expressly stated, promotional value is not cash, may not be transferred, may not be redeemed for cash, and may not be refundable after expiration or misuse.
Disputes and chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact support@zunvy.com before initiating a dispute so we can review the transaction, membership status, redemption history, and business-specific details.
Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account restrictions, paused benefits, canceled memberships, loss of promotional value, or additional verification while the dispute is reviewed by Zunvy, the payment provider, the card network, or the issuing bank.
Processing timelines
Approved refunds may take time to appear on your payment method depending on the payment provider, card network, bank, and original payment method. Processing timelines may also be affected by holidays, fraud review, business review, or incomplete information.
If a refund is issued as Zunvy account credit or promotional balance, it may become available sooner than a refund to the original payment method and may be subject to additional terms.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy as Zunvy adds features, changes payment providers, expands business categories, updates membership flows, or responds to legal, operational, or security needs.
The updated date will show when this policy was last revised. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the app, website, email, or other reasonable means.
