01

Introduction

This DMCA / Copyright Policy explains how Kavrico LLC handles copyright complaints, takedown requests, counter-notices, repeat infringement, and related intellectual property concerns for Zunvy.

Zunvy is operated by Kavrico LLC and helps users discover local business memberships, perks, subscriptions, rewards, and experiences. Because participating businesses may upload logos, photos, descriptions, membership details, promotional content, and other materials, we expect all users and businesses to respect copyright and other intellectual property rights.

03

Content uploaded by users or businesses

Businesses are responsible for ensuring they have the rights, licenses, permissions, and releases necessary to upload or submit logos, photos, descriptions, membership details, promotional content, offer materials, and other content to Zunvy.

Users and businesses may not submit content that infringes another party's copyright, trademark, publicity rights, privacy rights, contractual rights, or other legal rights. Kavrico LLC may remove or disable access to Zunvy content alleged to infringe copyrights or otherwise violate platform policies.

05

Information required in a takedown notice

To help us review a copyright complaint, a takedown notice should include enough information to identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing content, and the person or entity submitting the notice.

A notice should be accurate, complete, and submitted by the copyright owner or someone authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing content and information reasonably sufficient for Zunvy to locate it.
  • Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
06

How Zunvy reviews notices

When Kavrico LLC receives a copyright complaint about Zunvy content, we may review the notice, request additional information, remove or disable access to the identified content, notify the relevant user or business, preserve relevant records, or take other steps we consider appropriate.

Kavrico LLC may decline to act on incomplete, unclear, abusive, fraudulent, or legally insufficient notices. We may also restore content if a complaint is withdrawn, resolved, or successfully challenged through an appropriate counter-notice process.

07

Counter-notices

If your content was removed or disabled because of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was the result of mistake or misidentification, you may be able to submit a counter-notice.

A counter-notice should include your physical or electronic signature, identification of the removed content, the location where the content appeared before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, and your contact information. Additional statutory or jurisdiction-specific requirements should be finalized with counsel.

08

Repeat infringer policy

Kavrico LLC may suspend or terminate Zunvy accounts, business access, listings, or other platform privileges for users or businesses that repeatedly infringe copyrights or repeatedly submit content that results in credible infringement complaints.

Repeat infringement decisions may consider the number, frequency, severity, validity, and resolution of complaints, as well as whether a user or business appears to be acting in bad faith.

09

Misrepresentations

Copyright complaints and counter-notices must be submitted in good faith. Knowingly misrepresenting that content is infringing, or that removed content was removed by mistake or misidentification, may create legal liability.

Kavrico LLC may restrict Zunvy accounts, refuse future notices, report misconduct, or take other action when notices or counter-notices appear fraudulent, abusive, retaliatory, or materially misleading.

10

Trademarks and other rights

This policy primarily addresses copyright complaints. Concerns involving trademarks, business names, logos, rights of publicity, privacy rights, counterfeit activity, contractual permissions, or other rights may require separate review.

Businesses are responsible for ensuring that uploaded logos, photos, promotional materials, brand references, and offer descriptions do not violate another party's rights or mislead users about affiliation, sponsorship, authorization, or endorsement.
