Introduction

Welcome to Zunvy. Zunvy is operated by Kavrico LLC. These Terms of Service describe the rules that apply when you access or use Zunvy's websites, mobile applications, marketplace features, membership wallet, redemption tools, and related services.

Zunvy helps consumers discover and access local business memberships, perks, subscriptions, rewards, offers, and experiences. Participating businesses remain responsible for the memberships, offers, services, locations, rules, and availability they publish through the platform.

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, purchasing a membership, redeeming a benefit, browsing listings, or otherwise using Zunvy, you agree to these terms and to any additional terms presented for a specific membership, offer, promotion, or feature.

If you use Zunvy on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that person or organization.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create a Zunvy account or purchase paid memberships unless a parent or legal guardian is involved as required by law.

You may not use Zunvy if you are prohibited from receiving the services under applicable law or if we previously suspended or removed your account for violation of these terms.

User accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided to Zunvy and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Activity under your account is your responsibility unless caused by Zunvy's failure to use reasonable safeguards.

You agree to notify us promptly if you believe your account, membership wallet, redemption code, or payment method has been compromised or used without authorization.

Memberships and subscriptions

Zunvy may display memberships, subscriptions, passes, reward programs, perks, or experiences offered by local businesses. Businesses control their own membership pricing, included perks, redemption rules, service descriptions, operating hours, capacity, exclusions, and availability.

A membership shown on Zunvy does not guarantee that a benefit will be available at all times or at every location. Offers may vary by business, location, season, inventory, staff availability, or other business-specific conditions.

Billing and payments

When you purchase a paid membership, subscription, or offer through Zunvy, you authorize Kavrico LLC, through Zunvy, or its payment providers to charge your selected payment method for the disclosed amounts, including applicable taxes, fees, and recurring charges where stated.

Purchases and payments may be processed through third-party providers. Those providers may collect, process, store, or transmit payment information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Renewals and cancellations

Some memberships renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Renewal terms, billing frequency, cancellation windows, refund eligibility, and benefit expiration rules may vary by business and will be presented where applicable.

Canceling a membership may stop future billing but may not automatically create a refund for past charges or unused benefits unless required by law or expressly stated by the business, Kavrico LLC, or the applicable Zunvy membership terms.

Business listings and offers

Business listings, descriptions, photos, pricing, availability, menus, schedules, perk details, and other offer information may be provided by businesses or third-party sources. Zunvy may help format and display that information, but businesses are responsible for keeping their own listings accurate.

We may update, remove, suspend, or limit listings or offers if we believe they are inaccurate, unavailable, unsafe, misleading, unlawful, or inconsistent with the quality of the Zunvy platform.

Promotions and rewards

Zunvy or participating businesses may offer promotional credits, trial periods, loyalty rewards, referral rewards, or limited-time perks. Promotions may have specific eligibility rules, expiration dates, usage limits, geographic limits, and redemption requirements.

Promotional value is not cash, may not be transferable, and may be modified or discontinued where permitted by law.

Redemption rules

Benefits may be redeemed through a digital wallet, QR code, account verification, staff confirmation, or another method made available by Zunvy or the business. You agree to follow the redemption process shown in the app and any additional rules provided by the business.

Businesses may refuse redemption when a membership is inactive, expired, previously redeemed, outside the applicable time window, unavailable at that location, or otherwise inconsistent with the business's published rules.

User conduct

You agree to use Zunvy lawfully, respectfully, and only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we authorize otherwise. You may not interfere with platform operations, scrape data, reverse engineer services, misrepresent your identity, harass businesses or users, or use Zunvy to facilitate unlawful activity.

You may not sell, transfer, duplicate, screenshot for misuse, or otherwise exploit memberships, QR codes, rewards, or redemption credentials outside their intended use.

Fraud and abuse prevention

Kavrico LLC may use automated and manual review methods through Zunvy to detect suspicious activity, duplicate accounts, payment abuse, referral abuse, redemption manipulation, or attempts to bypass membership limits.

We may limit redemptions, pause benefits, request verification, cancel transactions, withhold promotional value, suspend accounts, or cooperate with businesses and payment providers when needed to protect users, businesses, and the platform.

Third-party services

Kavrico LLC may integrate Zunvy with third-party services such as payment processors, analytics providers, app stores, maps, business systems, messaging providers, and identity or fraud-prevention tools. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms.

Kavrico LLC is not responsible for third-party websites, services, or business systems that we do not control.

Intellectual property

Kavrico LLC and its licensors own the Zunvy platform, including its design, software, branding, logos, content, data models, and user experience. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Businesses retain rights in their own names, logos, listings, offer content, and materials they provide. By submitting content to Zunvy, users and businesses grant Kavrico LLC the rights needed to operate, promote, improve, and display the platform.

Platform availability

We work to keep Zunvy reliable, but platform features may be unavailable, delayed, modified, or discontinued due to maintenance, security, updates, network issues, business changes, provider outages, or circumstances outside our control.

We may change how memberships, wallets, search, redemption, notifications, or account features work as the product evolves.

Disclaimer of warranties

Zunvy is provided by Kavrico LLC on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kavrico LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, accuracy, and availability.

We do not warrant that any business will provide a particular service, perk, reward, experience, result, or level of quality, or that any offer will remain available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kavrico LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, business interruption, unavailable offers, or third-party conduct.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Kavrico LLC's aggregate liability will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid through Zunvy for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim or 100 dollars.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kavrico LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, partners, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of Zunvy, violation of these terms, misuse of memberships or redemptions, or violation of another party's rights.

Termination

You may stop using Zunvy at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to Zunvy, memberships, promotions, rewards, or account features if we believe you violated these terms, created risk for Zunvy or participating businesses, or used the platform in a fraudulent or abusive manner.

Termination may not affect charges already incurred, obligations that accrued before termination, or provisions that by their nature should survive.

Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the state and jurisdiction selected by Kavrico LLC before production launch, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue, arbitration, class action, and dispute resolution provisions should be finalized with counsel before production release.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Zunvy grows, adds features, changes payment or redemption flows, expands to new regions, or responds to legal, business, or security needs. The updated date will show when the terms were last revised.

If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the app, website, or email where appropriate.
