Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Kavrico LLC collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use Zunvy's websites, mobile applications, marketplace features, membership wallet, redemption tools, communications, and related services.
Zunvy is operated by Kavrico LLC and helps people discover and access local business memberships, perks, subscriptions, rewards, and experiences. Because the platform connects consumers with participating businesses, some information may be used to support purchases, account access, benefit redemption, customer support, fraud prevention, and business reporting.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, information generated when you use Zunvy, information from participating businesses, and information from third-party providers that support payments, analytics, security, communications, and platform operations.
The categories below describe common examples. The exact information collected may depend on your account settings, device permissions, location, memberships, business interactions, and features used.
Account and profile information
We may collect your name, email address, phone number, login credentials, profile details, preferences, saved locations, membership history, support messages, notification settings, and other information you choose to provide.
We use this information to create and maintain your account, personalize your experience, provide customer support, verify eligibility, and help you access memberships and rewards.
Payment and transaction information
When you purchase memberships, subscriptions, passes, or offers, we may collect transaction details such as the business, membership type, price, taxes, fees, renewal status, payment status, refund status, and limited payment-related identifiers.
Purchases and payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Zunvy generally does not store full payment card numbers, but payment providers may provide us with payment tokens, card brand, last four digits, expiration details, billing ZIP code, fraud signals, and payment status where needed to operate the platform.
Device and usage data
We may collect device identifiers, browser type, app version, operating system, IP address, pages viewed, search activity, listing interactions, membership wallet activity, redemption attempts, referral activity, crash logs, diagnostics, and similar usage data.
This information helps us secure Zunvy, measure performance, understand product usage, improve search and recommendations, debug issues, prevent abuse, and make the experience more reliable.
Cookies and analytics
We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, SDKs, local storage, and analytics technologies to remember preferences, keep you signed in, measure traffic, understand feature use, improve performance, and support marketing measurement.
Your browser or device may provide controls to limit cookies, tracking technologies, or advertising identifiers. Some features may not work as intended if certain technologies are disabled.
How we use information
We use information to operate Zunvy, create and secure accounts, process purchases, manage memberships, display offers, support renewals and cancellations, enable redemptions, send confirmations, provide customer support, and communicate important updates.
We also use information to personalize discovery, improve recommendations, analyze platform performance, develop new features, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our terms, comply with legal obligations, and protect users, businesses, and Zunvy.
Business interaction visibility
When you view, purchase, subscribe to, redeem, cancel, or interact with a business membership or offer, relevant information may be visible to that business so it can provide benefits, verify eligibility, manage redemptions, handle support, honor its own rules, and understand performance.
Examples may include your name, membership status, redemption history for that business, transaction status, offer eligibility, and support details related to that business. Businesses control their own membership pricing, perks, redemption rules, and availability, and may process information under their own policies where applicable.
Marketing communications
We may send product updates, local recommendations, promotional messages, referral information, and business offers by email, push notification, SMS, or in-app messaging where permitted.
You can opt out of certain marketing communications using unsubscribe links, app controls, or device settings. We may still send transactional or service messages, such as purchase confirmations, renewal notices, redemption alerts, security updates, and policy notices.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Zunvy, maintain accounts, support memberships and transactions, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and improve the platform.
Retention periods may vary based on the type of information, account status, business relationship, legal requirements, and operational needs.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. These safeguards may include access controls, encryption in transit, monitoring, vendor review, and security-focused development practices.
No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You can help protect your account by using strong credentials, keeping devices secure, and notifying us about suspicious activity.
Children's privacy
Zunvy is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete it.
Age thresholds and consent requirements may vary by jurisdiction and should be reviewed before production launch.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal information. You may also have choices related to marketing communications, cookies, analytics, location permissions, push notifications, and account settings.
To make a privacy request, contact privacy@zunvy.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain certain information where permitted or required by law.
State privacy rights placeholder
Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights under state privacy laws, such as rights to know, access, correct, delete, opt out of certain data sharing or targeted advertising, limit sensitive data use, or appeal a privacy decision.
This section should be finalized with counsel based on Zunvy's launch states, data practices, vendor stack, advertising model, and consumer request process.
International users placeholder
Zunvy is currently written for a U.S.-oriented launch posture. If Zunvy becomes available outside the United States, additional disclosures may be needed regarding international transfers, lawful bases for processing, regional privacy rights, representatives, and supervisory authorities.
This section should be reviewed before offering Zunvy in jurisdictions with privacy regimes such as the GDPR, UK GDPR, PIPEDA, LGPD, or similar laws.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Zunvy evolves, expands to new businesses or regions, adds features, changes vendors, or responds to legal, security, or operational needs. The updated date will show when the policy was last revised.
If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the app, website, email, or other reasonable means.
